Effective entrepreneurship policy and social health improvement

Abstract

Purpose: This research is based on an exploratory mixed study with the aim of effective entrepreneurship policymaking process, to improve the health levels. Criterion sampling method includes specialized criteria, operational history, selected teaching. After interviewing 14 people, theoretical saturation was achieved. In the quantitative part, 385 employees of the entrepreneurship department in general and health fields have participated in the research based on Cochran's formula and with the purposeful sampling method. Findings: After data analysis, 85 conceptual codes and 23 general categories were grouped. Continuous comparison of data with sub-categories and categories and discovering the relationship between categories led to the formation of a sub-theory. The structural model of education related to entrepreneurship in order to improve health is the central category of the efficient entrepreneurship policy process in order to improve health levels. Generalization strategies, qualitative increase in entrepreneurship tendency, quantitative increase in entrepreneurship tendency, and development of education have the consequences of expanding social welfare, expanding health in society, expanding related companies, and culturalizing the entrepreneurship category. Conclusion: In an explanatory and inferential study based on structured equations, it was shown that the identified components have a significant effect on efficient entrepreneurship policy in order to improve health levels. According to the optimal fit obtained from the quantitative measurement, this model can be used in efficient entrepreneurship policy to improve health levels.
