Abstract

In the past few years, at the same time as the increase in communication devices in the world, technological advances and also the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we witnessed changes in the education system of the country. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to investigate the active connection of various psychological, sociological and systemic innovation models with the learning culture of female students in 13 schools in Rasht. The research method is quantitative-survey research and questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the research includes all girls aged 13-16 in Rasht city, which is 13,426 people, and 385 people were selected using Cochran's formula and non-probability (available method) sampling method according to the existing conditions. And the data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The data analysis was estimated at two descriptive and inferential levels (multiple regression, path analysis model and Pearson correlation test). The results in the quantitative section show that psychological, sociological and systemic innovation variables predict a total of 55% and relational, structural and human intellectual capital variables predict a total of 30% of students' learning culture. Finally, we should not ignore the bold role of various innovation models in the development of the learning culture of schools and among teachers and especially students.
