Abstract

The current research was designed with the aim of identifying and presenting a model of cultural challenges of breaking the glass ceiling in the women of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with a sociological approach. The present research was a descriptive survey type, cross-sectional and applied. This research is qualitative in terms of data collection. In this research, the statistical population of the department includes experts who have scientific expertise and work experience in the field of sports and human resources in sports organizations (preferably familiar with the concept of the glass ceiling), which include academic professors (sports management, human resources management, sociology) and psychology), experts and researchers who have characteristics such as experience, suitability for the field of study, at least a master's degree, studying at a university, research and writing experience in this field (having research projects, books and articles Valid) as well as managers and expert experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the country. 15 people were selected based on theoretical saturation and purposeful snowball method. SPSS version 26, Excel and MaxQDA Pro version were used. After completing the Delphi rounds, the remaining indicators were categorized into five dimensions and 24 sub-components. So that the five dimensions include discrimination, beliefs, society, education and internal obstacles from the cultural challenges of breaking the glass ceiling in the women of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with a sociological approach.
