Many factors play a role in the socialization of man and his lifestyle, therefore, man engages in social behavior by receiving mental or practical patterns of behavior and with the help of culture and other factors. It is possible to refer to groups or social contexts in which important processes of socialization occur under the title of socialization (Giddens, 1383: 103). The aim of this research is sociological analysis of the cultural components affecting the social relationship of the resident ethnic groups in Talesh city. In this research, in order to identify cultural factors and relationships and determine the priority of the research criteria, the ground theory method has been used using interview techniques, document study and questionnaire and multi-criteria decision-making with a fuzzy approach. 30 participants have been selected using the snowball method. The results of the research show that among the influencing factors, communication and social participation of the resident relatives play a more important role in creating social cohesion than other factors. Also, since the social participation of citizens is the most important factor in promoting the social cohesion of citizens, through the formation of self-help groups and voluntary associations, it is possible to increase the social participation and cultural exchange of citizens.
