Isfahan is a city characterized by a diverse array of ethnic and racial groups; thus, fostering cultural and social integration among these heterogeneous groups through the establishment of equal opportunities can lead to enhanced social and cultural development and welfare for its citizens. This research aims to conduct a comparative study of social inequalities and cultural integration among ethnic groups in Isfahan. Based on its nature and methodology, this research is classified as a descriptive survey study. In terms of methodology and the timeframe for data collection, it is regarded as a cross-sectional survey study. The timeframe for the distribution and completion of the questionnaire is the year 1403 (according to the Persian calendar). The statistical population of the study comprises all migrant citizens residing in Isfahan. The sample size consists of 400 migrants, who were surveyed using a questionnaire. The measurement tool for the variables is a researcher-developed questionnaire. The results indicate that social inequality significantly impacts cultural integration. The correlations for the dimension of inequality in social relations are stronger than for other dimensions. Social inequality has a significant relationship with cultural integration, with a coefficient of -0.426; economic inequality with a coefficient of -0.403; cultural inequality with a coefficient of -0.412; spatial inequality with a coefficient of -0.233; and policy inequality with a coefficient of -0.175.
