Travelogues are important texts that function as late ancient tablets and at the same time as a discourse praxis of writers in different professions. Postcolonial reading is based on the fact that it is necessary to move away from the descriptive reading of these texts. Because these texts, at the structural and individual level, have taken their existence from the social reality of the time of their creation, and as a result, they are contaminated with the discourse aspects of their era. The article has analyzed two travelogues of Henry Rawlinson (Travelogue of Tabriz and Travelogue of Passing from Zahab to Khuzestan) with the help of a constlation of theoretical concepts and methodological categories, in the framework of post-colonial theories. The research field of the article is Kurdistan and it's mthod is a Composition of text analysis and discourse analysis. Based on this analysis, Rawlinson forms a discourse system that it's central signifier is the western world. the Other world is the East, where the many aspects of its social life have mostly appeared in the form of inanimate Objects. In general, this Other has a subordinate and primitive position and is far from the complex so-called modern world. In these two texts, what is called the crisis of representation has shown itself in the form of "negativity, exoticism, naturalism, and moral hegemony".
